Tony Lloyd MP - Lying on Tape
Why is Tony Lloyd, standing for re-election as Labour MP for Manchester Central, pretending to be someone else in this tape recording?
Listen to Mr Lloyd pretend to be someone called 'Andrew Jones' when I phone him for advice as a constituent..
Then listen to his assistant (George) explain the next day that there is no-one called Andrew Jones that works for Mr Lloyd though there is an Andrea Jones (the obvious source of inspiration for Mr Lloyd's lie.)
What is the issue Mr Lloyd is too nervous to talk about?
